THESE ARE REQUIRED! * The Global Manufacturing & Quality Learning & Development (GMQLD) organization is seeking proposals from qualified staffing vendors to provide one (1) administrative contractor to support learning and change request activities across the LKC Manufacturing site. This contractor will serve as essential administrative resource, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day learning administration, and change request workflow activities. To support 2026 operational demands, activities to support new line and new build operations, and maintain compliance and inspection readiness, LKC L&D is requesting the addition of a dedicated contractor to provide administrative support across MasterControl LMS and Change Request activities. The contractor will engage in detailed work related to curriculum creation and maintenance, training assignments, account management, reporting, remediation of system issues, and coordination of document and change request workflows, all of which are essential and limits the team's capacity to focus on higher value strategic Learning
