Training Coordinator Location: Cranbury | Team: Supply Chain Training | Level: L1 | Job Type: Full-time | Pay: $25.00- $27.00 About the Role: Your Impact The Training Coordinator is an essential leader responsible for supporting the Training Supervisor and the broader Supply Chain department. This position focuses on the end-to-end development of our associates, from coordinating and facilitating New Hire Orientation (NHO) to managing Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) training and certifications. What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities) Your duties focus on onboarding excellence, PIV program management, and overall training execution: I. New Hire Onboarding & General Training Facilitation: Conduct and facilitate engaging New Hire Orientation (NHO) sessions and provide hands-on training for all new associates. Onboarding Compliance: Ensure completion of all onboarding tasks, including drug testing administration, I-9 processes, Workday tasks, and annual compliance training. Integration Support: Conduct weekly new hire check-ins, host New Hire Graduation, and deliver "Pristine Manual Handling" sessions. Compliance Drive
