Join a dynamic team as a Training/Education Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-impact medical education programs. This position offers the opportunity to work onsite in a collaborative environment focused on enhancing training experiences. Responsibilities Plan, develop, and coordinate in-house product training programs for field support and customers. Execute medical education courses and workshops in a bioskills lab environment, ensuring effective training delivery. Maintain the bioskills lab, ensuring all training aids and setups align with program objectives. Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to manage projects from design through to implementation. Skills Proficiency in working with cadaveric tissue within a bioskills lab setting. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Clinical Training, Field Sales, or Clinical Support in the medical device or healthcare industry. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently with general supervision. Preferred Skills Experience as a Scrub Tech or Surgical Nurse, particularly within the ENT specialty. Hands-on experience with Medtronic ENT products, such as StealthStation Navigation or IPC Powered Surgical Systems. A deep understanding of sterile fields, surgical instrumentation, and operating room flow.
