Engagement Details Date: June 17 Location: Denver (in-person) Audience: Energy leadership team We are seeking an experienced external facilitator/speaker to support a leadership development session for our Client's Energy team in Denver on June 17 . Session Overview The session will focus on “Operating in Ambiguity” , helping leaders navigate uncertainty, identify productive vs. unproductive ambiguity, and apply practical strategies to continue driving progress, decision-making, and alignment in a changing environment. The team recently underwent a re-organization and is currently adapting to new business direction, priorities, and leadership structures. The session should be tailored to reflect this context and support leaders in moving forward with clarity and confidence. Key Focus Areas Understanding and operating effectively in ambiguous environments Distinguishing healthy vs. unhealthy ambiguity in business contexts Practical strategies for decision-making under uncertainty Leading teams through change and shifting priorities Maintaining momentum and alignment in evolving structures Role Requirements We are looking for a facilitator who can: Lead an engaging, interactive leadership session (in-person or hybrid as needed) Bring strong credibility in leadership development, organizational change, or executive facilitation Ideally have experience working with energy, operations, or complex enterprise environments Either: Deliver a fully designed session, or Partner with the internal team to co-design the session and then facilitate delivery Preferred Profile Proven experience facilitating senior or cross-functional leadership groups Strong background in organizational change, ambiguity management, or decision-making frameworks Ability to translate concepts into practical, actionable leadership behaviors Comfortable working with evolving or partially defined content briefs
