Transcription Project Manager

A company is looking for a Transcription Project Manager. Key Responsibilities Manage transcription jobs from initiation to completion, including receiving and assigning audio files Communicate regularly with reporters and transcribers regarding job status and client requests Monitor deadlines, update job notes, and provide feedback on submissions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or a minimum of three years' experience in an office or customer-service setting Transcription experience preferred Experience with Microsoft Office products Ability to work in a professional and confidential environment Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
