Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Transcriptionist located in York, PA. The Transcriptionist will be responsible for transcribing various real estate and business documents with accuracy and efficiency. Daily tasks include listening to audio recordings, converting audio to written format, proofreading transcriptions for errors, maintaining confidentiality, and meeting deadlines. Qualifications Proficiency in Transcription and Typing, with high attention to detail Strong Listening and Comprehension skills to ensure accurate transcriptions Proofreading and Editing skills for maintaining the quality of written content Comfort with using transcription software and familiarity with office tools like Microsoft Word or Google Docs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines Familiarity with real estate industry terminology is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in transcription or related fields are an advantage
