As we continue expanding our brand, including our Austin satellite office, Veneer Lounge , we are looking for a transformational leader who can help elevate both people and performance. This is a leadership role for someone who understands how to connect deeply with both patients and teams, create alignment, drive accountability, and help scale excellence across multiple locations. Leadership Responsibilities Leadership Experience Required (3+ Years) Lead with confidence, emotional intelligence, and accountability Build meaningful relationships with both patients and team members Create clarity, consistency, and alignment across departments Coach and develop team members into stronger contributors and leaders Foster a culture of ownership, growth, positivity, and excellence Lead crucial conversations with professionalism and integrity Protect and elevate the patient experience at every touchpoint Ensure the Vision, Purpose, and Values are lived daily—not just discussed KPI & Performance Leadership You must be highly comfortable with metrics, performance tracking, and operational accountability. Responsibilities include Measuring and monitoring practice performance Identifying gaps quickly and course correcting effectively Tracking and improving KPIs including: Collections Case Acceptance Patient Retention Hygiene Reappointment Percentage Production Goals Google Reviews Referral Growth Quarterly Growth Projections You should enjoy numbers, leadership, strategy, and continuous improvement. Operations & Patient Experience 5+ Years of Dental Experience Required You will oversee and elevate the entire patient journey including: First impressions and phone experience Luxury cosmetic patient experience standards Scheduling efficiency and flow Case presentation and follow-through Team communication and consistency Brand reputation and online presence Operational systems and accountability You will also help implement and maintain: Management by Agreement systems Leadership development structures Team accountability systems AIDES process for performance management Training will be provided on leadership frameworks and operational systems.
