Job Description
We are building an enterprise value and outcomes realization capability and are seeking a Transformation Senior Consultant to join a high-impact, growing team in Houston. Reporting into the Transformation Management Office, you will partner across the organization to help leaders and programs define success, translate strategy into measurable outcomes, and design the change and adoption approaches required to deliver results. You will manage and influence multiple concurrent initiatives, collaborating with business units, program teams, and senior stakeholders across the enterprise. We are not looking for a one-size-fits-all practitioner. We are looking for someone with the judgment to assess context, adapt their approach, and draw from a broad set of tools and experiences to move work forward. What You’ll Do Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders and programs, clarifying objectives, defining success metrics, and establishing OKRs and KPIs that connect change plans to measurable business outcomes Conduct change readiness assessments to evaluate stakeholder impact, adoption risk, and organizational capacity, and translate findings into practical recommendations Design fit-for-purpose change and adoption strategies aligned to each program’s scope, culture, complexity, and business objectives Lead and guide execution of change interventions and adoption activities to drive stakeholder alignment and sustained results Diagnose unclear or underdefined problems, frame key decisions, and help teams move from ambiguity to aligned action through structured facilitation and planning Collaborate across business units, program teams, and senior leadership to align change strategies with enterprise priorities and delivery realities What We’re Looking For 6+ years of total professional experience 3+ years in management consulting or strategic advisory Demonstrated experience defining OKRs, KPIs, and other measurable success indicators within program or project environments Experience developing execution plans and driving work through to measurable results Ability to lead and coach junior team members while influencing stakeholders without direct authority Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across multiple concurrent programs in a complex, cross-functional environment Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where the path forward is not always clearly defined Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess ambiguous situations, identify root causes, and translate complexity into clear, actionable plans High learning agility and adaptability; able to quickly get up to speed in new domains, adjust approach as conditions change, and remain effective in evolving environments Resourceful and self-directed, with sound judgment and a bias for action when operating with incomplete information Strong facilitation, communication, and executive stakeholder engagement skills A versatile toolkit, which may include training or experience across disciplines such as organizational change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP), executive or leadership coaching (e.g., ICF-accredited programs), agile and delivery frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum), design thinking, or related methodologies
