Transitions / New Account Onboarding Associate (5577)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Transitions/ New Account Onboarding Associate to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL . This is a hybrid , contract position with part-time remote. Onsite three days per week. SALARY: $22-$25/hr (depending on experience) Unfortunately, at this time, our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Requirements High School Degree or equivalent At least 2 years of customer service experience Knowledge of operations and new account systems Basic customer operations and financial industry knowledge Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills Ability to identify and resolve operational issues Numerical aptitude and critical thinking skills Responsibilities Answer questions from financial advisors and sales assistants regarding account opening and maintenance Establish new client accounts following industry registration requirements Enforce documentation requirements related to AML and KYC regulations Review and interpret data to determine necessary corrective actions Process department reports and resolve account issues with financial advisors and sales assistants Support and recommend workflow and policy improvements Maintain detailed records of client requests and transactions Assist with after-hours account validation events when needed Participate in user acceptance testing for system and process upgrades Perform other assigned duties as necessary Nextpath Workforce Solutions NextPath is a strategic talent partner connecting skilled professionals with organizations driving innovation and growth.
