You’ll work closely with drivers, maintenance, and customers to keep freight moving safely, efficiently, and on time. What You’ll Do Coordinate and assign drivers, equipment, and loads to meet customer needs and regulatory standards. Maintain clear, proactive communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with Hours of Service , safety protocols, and PPE/load requirements. Optimize asset utilization while handling changes and unexpected events in a fast-paced environment. Act as the first point of contact for customer transportation requests — setting the tone for service excellence. Who's A Great Fit 2+ years of transportation dispatch experience (tank truck or bulk liquid strongly preferred). Proven ability to solve problems quickly , stay organized under pressure, and communicate clearly. A detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-moving, team-driven operation.
