A highly regarded employee-owned engineering firm is hiring a Transportation Project Manager / Senior Roadway Engineer to support major public infrastructure projects across Illinois and the wider region. What You’ll Be Doing Lead roadway, highway and municipal transportation projects Manage design delivery, budgets, schedules and client communication Work on intersections, corridors, roundabouts, trails and drainage improvements Coordinate with agencies, municipalities and internal teams Mentor junior engineers and help strengthen the team Support future growth of the transportation division What We’re Looking For Civil Engineering degree PE license (Illinois or reciprocity) 7+ years transportation design experience DOT / municipal project background MicroStation, OpenRoads, GeoPAK or AutoCAD experience Strong leadership and client-facing ability Why This Role Employee-owned business Strong compensation High-profile infrastructure work Leadership progression Stable long-term platform with real influence
