Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Patient Escort Dispatcher in our Patient Escort Services Department at Baptist Medical Center Downtown Jacksonville. This is a full-time opportunity. Dispatcher, Job Responsibilities Accept telephone calls from all areas of the Medical Center and accurately record requests for patient movement Handle all calls in a prompt, professional manner Prioritize incoming requests based on patient acuity and urgency Coordinate and direct Patient Escort staff throughout the facility to ensure efficient patient flow Support timely and safe patient care by managing transport requests effectively Maintain clear communication with clinical and support staff across departments Experience Requirements Less than 1-year Healthcare Experience Required Education & Credential Requirements High School Diploma Required Basic Life Support (BLS) Required If you are interested in this full-time Patient Escort Dispatcher position at Baptist Downtown, please apply today!
