Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Trash Can Delivery Driver or Helper, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring efficient and reliable waste management services.This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, navigate various routes, and contribute to community cleanliness.Whether you're behind the wheel or assisting with loading and unloading, your efforts will directly impact our customers' satisfaction and environmental responsibility.We prioritize paid positions that value safety, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.Drivers must have a pick-up truck and trailer or box truck.Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles such as box trucks and drivers to deliver trash cans to residential or commercial locations.Load and unload trash cans using equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks, ensuring proper handling and placement.Assist with route driving, following designated schedules to meet delivery deadlines efficiently.Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries or pickups.Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with transportation regulations.Help load, secure, and organize waste containers for transport, ensuring heavy lifting is performed safely.Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and communicate any issues or delays promptly.Skills Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations involving moving heavy loads.Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.Experience operating box trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual transmission vehicles.Knowledge of route driving best practices and safety protocols for heavy lifting and moving waste containers.Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions.Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience preferred.This role offers an engaging environment where your physical effort and positive attitude help keep communities clean!
