You are building your own business with a dedicated team of Mentors and all training is provided. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing travel consultation services, planning and booking customized travel packages, and assisting clients with their travel itineraries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, staying updated on travel trends, resolving travel-related issues, and collaborating with team members to meet personal and your business goals and deliver exceptional customer service. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in travel planning, booking travel arrangements, and creating custom travel itineraries. Customer relationship management, client service, and communication skills to anticipate and address customer needs effectively. Familiarity with travel industry software and tools, including booking platforms, CRM systems, and online travel resources. Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to upsell travel packages and build long-term customer loyalty. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A passion for travel and cultural exploration, with a focus on creating meaningful client experiences. Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage, along with a bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
