A position is available for a Sign Language Interpreter to support educational settings in Layton, UT. This opportunity involves travel between schools, providing interpretation services that facilitate communication for students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. Key Responsibilities Interpret spoken language into American Sign Language (ASL) and vice versa to ensure effective communication in classroom and school events. Collaborate with teachers, students, and support staff to promote an inclusive learning environment. Attend and interpret during school meetings, extracurricular activities, and other educational-related events. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
