ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Cardiac Sonographer for a travel job in Ranson, West Virginia. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac Sonographer Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, rotating Employment Type: Travel Cardiac Sonographer Schedule This position involves 5 eight-hour day shifts with a weekend call rotation from 7 AM to 1 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Job Description The Cardiac Sonographer will perform transthoracic echocardiograms and provide high-quality cardiac imaging services, contributing to patient diagnosis and management. You will work primarily in the main facility but may be required to float to other locations as needed. Responsibilities Conduct transthoracic echocardiograms for both inpatients and outpatients. Collaborate with cardiologists for image interpretation and diagnostic procedures. Document and maintain accurate patient records using EPIC and PACS systems. Respond to weekend call requirements as scheduled. Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of imaging equipment. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cardiac Sonographer. Must possess BLS certification (American Heart Association). Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) through ARDMS or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) through CCI is required. Why ARMStaffing?
