Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 06/22/2026 Duration: 26 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview Shift: Days, 5x8hrs Hours: 40 hrs/wk Start Date: Jun 22, 2026 Length: 26 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / IR Tech with cardiac experience, ACLS, and IABP/Impella competency for a 26-week contract at a Level II cath lab with interventional cardiology. Details Level II cardiac cath lab with interventional cardiology (no open-heart surgery on site) Procedures include interventional radiology, angiograms, and stenting STEMI call required 5x8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM On-call rotation includes one weekday per week and every 4th Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 40 hours per week Requirements Current ACLS certification required IABP competency required Impella competency required Cardiac cath lab experience required Ability to take STEMI call Two professional references required for consideration Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration License required if applicable Additional Information Perform interventional radiology procedures with a primary focus on angiograms and stenting Work within a Level II cath lab environment that does not have on-site open-heart surgery American Traveler Job ID #P-704743.
