Job Description & Requirements Specialty Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Discipline: Therapy Start Date 05/26/2026 Duration: 9 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Monroe, MI. Minimum Requirements Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college Active Michigan COTA license required to start the assignment BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required Experience working in a skilled nursing facility required. Client prefers prior SNF/long-term care experience. Experience with ADL retraining, durable medical equipment recommendations, and documentation in an electronic medical record preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team, including PT, SLP, nursing, and social work.
