Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Grand Meadow, Minnesota. Job Description & Requirements Specialty Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Discipline: Therapy Duration 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Grand Meadow, MN. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will assist residents in regaining functional skills for daily living. A recruiter will reach out after application to confirm details. Minimum Requirements Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. Active Minnesota COTA license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC preferred. (If not currently held, candidate should be prepared to obtain.) Minimum 2 years of direct COTA experience preferred, ideally in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings. Experience with SNF documentation, restorative programs, and functional task training. Ability to meet productivity expectations: 85% productivity standard and daily volumes of approximately 10-20 patients. Willingness to work across multiple nearby facilities if required to float within the client network. Must be able to provide a resume to submit for consideration. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Schedule: Monday through Friday. Shift: Days. Hours guaranteed: 36 hours per week. Contract length: 12 weeks. Expected daily caseload: 10-20 patients per day. No weekend or on-call coverage required. Candidate may be asked to float among client facilities within the region.
