Active Michigan COTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facilities preferred. Client requires experience with restorative nursing programs and documentation in electronic medical records preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days . Work Schedule: 5x8. Float Requirement: May be required to float to other facilities within the client network.
