Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Springfield, Ohio. Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant ~ Discipline: Therapy ~ Shift: 8 hours ~ Employment Type: Travel We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Springfield, OH. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain skills needed for everyday life across a large campus setting that includes a skilled nursing unit and an attached assisted living facility. Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. Active Ohio COTA license or state license required to start the assignment. Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) environments is required. Familiarity with Net Health and PCC electronic medical records is required. 90–92% for COTA (client requirement). Ability to collaborate with onsite therapy team including full-time OTs, PTAs, and SLPs. OT available for supervision as needed (client staffing pattern includes full-time OT coverage M–F and additional OT coverage twice weekly). Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility on a large campus with an attached Assisted Living Facility. Shift Name: Days. Flexible with days; EMR Systems: Net Health, PCC. Productivity Requirement: 90–92% for COTA, 85% for OT. Springfield, OH offers easy access to regional outdoor recreation and cultural venues. The city is a 30–40 minute drive to downtown Dayton and approximately 45–60 minutes to Columbus, offering urban entertainment, museums, and professional sports within a reasonable commute. Local attractions include the Heritage Center Museum and Buck Creek State Park, both providing historic exhibits and waterfront recreation within 10–20 minutes of many neighborhoods, fitting a suburban lifestyle with convenient access to regional urban and outdoor options.
