American Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Burlington, Vermont. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 06/01/2026 Duration: 16 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview Shift: Nights, 4x10hrs Hours: 40 hrs/wk Start Date: Jun 1, 2026 Length: 16 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 16-week travel contract requiring ARRT certification, independent trauma scanning ability, and Epic proficiency at a large academic teaching facility. Details Academic teaching hospital setting in a CT Scan department 10-hour night shifts on a Monday through Sunday rotating schedule Schedule adjusted to meet unit needs, with a minimum of every other weekend required No block scheduling is available for any reason 16-week contract Requirements Active ARRT (CT) certification required; Vermont license required if applicable Must apply for VT licensure at time of offer Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years is required and non-negotiable Must be able to perform peripheral IV starts (PIV) independently — this skill is essential for success in this role Must be able to scan traumas independently Experience in a similarly sized academic teaching facility required Philips CT scanner experience preferred Two professional references required — at least one from a supervisor or manager within the past 6 months, and one from within the past year SSN and DOB required for consideration Additional Information Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility (measured by straight line) are considered local and eligible for a local pay rate; candidates 51–100 miles away are eligible for a modified travel rate Public transportation is not accessible in this area — a personal or rental vehicle is strongly recommended Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires between November and April Bi-weekly orientations are held on Mondays This is an interview-to-offer (IVS) position Any employment gaps exceeding 90 days should be explained in your profile Work history must include bed count, EMR, and facility type to be considered complete American Traveler Job ID #P-705837.
