Echo Tech Location: Claremont, NH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Start Date: 5/18/2026 About the Position Job Title: Echocardiogram Technologist Profession: Technologist Specialty: Echo Duration: Permanent Shift: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Hours per Shift: 10.5 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year of cardiac echo experience License: Licensed by the Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy in the state of New Hampshire Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) in Adult Echocardiography or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) in Adult Echocardiography Must-Have: - Associate's degree from an accredited cardiac ultrasound program or RDCS/RCS eligible background - Certification through the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) Description: The primary responsibility of the Echocardiogram Technologist is to perform all basic adult cardiac echocardiogram procedures. The technologist edits tracings. Measurements are made and data is entered into the computer. Normal and abnormal cardiac findings are distinguished. The technologist performs cardiac sonographer duties to meet departmental needs. This includes recognizing arrhythmias and understanding the implications of specific cardiac diagnoses to obtain optimal studies. Personal scrubs of any color are required as part of the dress code.
