Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Monticello, Iowa. Active Iowa Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification required from AHA or ARC. Home health experience preferred. Candidates with prior caseloads in home health, post-acute care, or skilled nursing are preferred. Experience with electronic medical records preferred; Epic experience preferred but not required. Ability to manage an average 40-hour workweek and adapt to variable patient scheduling, including occasional weekends as needed (weekend coverage required per client needs).
