Details 12-week contract at a medical center in Woodland Hills, CA Day shift schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week) Inpatient setting; pelvic floor and/or pediatrics experience is a plus No on-call requirements EMR: Epic Requirements Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience required Inpatient experience required Active CA PT license required; license must be active at time of consideration — pending licensure not accepted Current BLS certification required Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration Additional Information Pelvic floor and/or pediatrics experience is preferred but not required Local candidates are welcome to apply Per facility policy, contingent workers may not exceed two years of total assignment time without a 90-day break; this applies regardless of whether work was continuous or across multiple assignments with gaps of less than three months American Traveler Job ID #P-705875.
