Certifications BLS (AHA) Certifications ASCP (CT) Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Cytologist in last 3 years. Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty in last 3 years. Skills Assessment CYS skills assessment with 2.7+ score. References 1 reference within the last 2 years. 1 Supervisor reference within the last 1 year. Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission. Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all the following experience: Minimum 3 years of experience screening gynecological, non-gynecological, and FNA specimens. Proficiency in GYN and Non-GYN screening. Proficiency in Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA) processing and immediate assessment for adequacy. Familiarity with the Bethesda system for Cytology reporting. Ability to use EPIC charting system. COVID Vaccine Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted. Requested Time Off Up to 5 days of time off can be requested.
