Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Everett, Washington. Job Description & Requirements Specialty Physical Therapist Discipline Therapy Start Date: 06/01/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type Travel This position is for a Physical Therapist (PT) working Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, averaging 35 hours per week with no weekend rotation. The PT provides rehabilitation services in a 100-bed skilled nursing facility (SNF), helping residents recover from illness, injury, or surgery. The role focuses on improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence through individualized therapy programs. Requirements: Candidates must hold an active Physical Therapist license in the applicable state and have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or PT). Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings is preferred. Strong clinical assessment skills and familiarity with rehabilitation treatment planning and electronic medical record documentation are required. Staffmax Healthcare Job ID #.
