Details Long-term care / skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting Post-acute care patient population 12-hour night shifts Every other weekend and holiday coverage required No on-call or call-back responsibilities MatrixCare (Matrix) EMR used in this position Requirements Active RN license — South Dakota or Compact state license required Current BLS certification required Minimum 2 years of RN experience required BSN not required Two professional references required for consideration: one from a supervisor within the last 12 months of relevant experience, and one from a peer or supervisor in the same specialty within the last 3 years All certifications must be active at time of consideration — no pending certifications accepted Additional Information Candidates with a permanent address within 80 miles of the facility may be considered but are subject to a adjusted pay package Any previous employment at a Sanford Health location must be disclosed American Traveler Job ID #P-702472.
