Schedule Shift: 06:45 PM - 07:15 AM Job Description The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient and family support and nursing care within their full scope of practice. This includes participation in the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs and services for patients, families, and the community. The responsibilities will encompass observation, data collection, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patients' physical, psychological, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs as guided by an individualized and ongoing plan of care. The RN will work collaboratively as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Provide nursing care to surgical patients, including those recovering from joint replacements, hip fractures, open abdominal surgeries, neck, and back surgeries. Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, documenting changes and communicating with the healthcare team as necessary. Assist in the planning and implementation of individualized patient care plans. Support patients and families through education and emotional support. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active state RN license. Nursys verification. Completion of necessary health and safety screenings (e.g., MMR, TB test, Hepatitis B). Completion of clinical competency exams and certifications as required by the facility. Possession of a valid Driver's License or State ID. Why ARMStaffing?
