Manage and nurture a personal sales pipeline across assigned territories. Maintain accurate activity and performance visibility through CRM and dashboards. Prospect and qualify travel-related leads to maximize conversion rates. Conduct needs assessments and present tailored travel solutions. Forecast revenue accurately and contribute to territory planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of services. Attend client meetings and brief stakeholders on value proposition and ROI. Demonstrate product and service expertise through regular trainings and certifications. Own personal development plan aligned with merit-based advancement. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy. Experience/Qualifications Track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets Own and manage a multi-stage travel sales pipeline by territory Strong CRM usage with accurate activity logging and dashboards Prospect, qualify, and convert travel-related leads into revenue Conduct needs assessments and present tailored travel solutions Accurate revenue forecasting and participation in territory planning Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery of services Present ROI-focused value propositions in client meetings Maintain product/service expertise through regular trainings and certifications Develop and follow a personal development plan aligned to merit-based advancement What's in it for you?
