This role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures using nuclear medicine techniques to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment planning. Responsibilities include preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals, operating imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and maintaining accurate documentation of procedures. The Tech will collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver high-quality imaging services. Operate and troubleshoot nuclear medicine imaging equipment efficiently and safely. Follow all safety protocols to protect patients and staff from radiation exposure. Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with safety standards. Assist in patient positioning and instruction to obtain optimal images. Maintain detailed records of procedures, doses, and patient information.
