This position offers a competitive weekly pay range of $2,422 to $2,600. As a vital member of the ICU team, you will provide specialized care to patients with complex cardiovascular conditions, ensuring optimal recovery and safety. Key Responsibilities Include Monitoring and managing critically ill cardiac patients using advanced life support equipment Administering medications and interventions per physician orders Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Responding promptly to patient emergencies and adjusting treatment as needed Documenting patient progress accurately and maintaining detailed medical records Essential skills include strong critical thinking, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
