Assignment details Contract length: 13 weeks Shift length: 8 hour shifts Hours per week: 40 Start Date: ASAP Job responsibilities Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care with clinical and administrative teams. Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts. Use infection prevention practices during patient encounters and procedures. Conduct patient intake, focused assessments, and symptom screening aligned with clinic protocols. Communicate clinically relevant updates to providers to support timely decision-making.
