Assignment details Contract length: 13 weeks Shift length: 7 hour shifts Hours per week: 37 Start Date: ASAP Job responsibilities Work 37 hours per week with 7-hour shifts. Educate patients on treatment plans, follow-up instructions, and self-management strategies. Perform medication reconciliation activities as directed and communicate discrepancies. Document care delivered, patient response, and communications in the medical record. Use infection prevention practices during patient encounters and procedures.
