Assignment details Contract length: 13 weeks Shift length: 8 hour shifts Hours per week: 40 Start Date: ASAP Job responsibilities Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care with clinical and administrative teams. Administer ordered therapies and monitor for adverse reactions or changes in condition. Document care delivered, patient response, and communications in the medical record. Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
