Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CCU - Coronary Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 05/26/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs Hours: 36 hrs/wk Start Date: May 26, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Coronary Care ICU (CICU) position requiring 2+ years of Cardiac ICU experience and Epic proficiency, working night shifts at a hospital setting. Details Work in a 12-bed Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) Patient population includes cardiac ICU patients, overflow from Medical ICU, RRT/rapid response patients, and other critical care diagnoses Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts) Every other weekend required Holiday coverage per unit need EMR: Epic Requirements Active MD or Compact RN license required Current certifications required: BLS and ACLS Minimum 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience required Level II trauma center experience required Experience at a comparable large facility (500+ beds) required Epic EMR experience required Active licensure required for consideration SSN and DOB required for consideration 1 professional reference required for consideration Additional Information Provide critical care nursing to cardiac ICU and overflow critical care patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment Local candidates are accepted at the same rate 13-week contract American Traveler Job ID #P-698466.
