LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Poughkeepsie, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/29/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Required: NY RN License BLS 1-3 yrs+ home care experience 1 yr+ recent clinical experience Ability to travel & a working vehicle in good condition Must be comfortable practicing independently in all types of patient homes Travel is required – as assigned, estimated 50-75 miles per day, Will service Ulster and Dutchess Counties. Mileage reimbursement Provide home care to patients with a vast array of medical diagnoses, i.e. wound care/wound vacs, PleurX drains, dressing changes, PICC line care/dressing changes, nephrostomy tubes, ostomy care, blood draws / venipuncture,diabetes management, CHF Management (Congestive Heart Failure).
