Travel Nurse RN - House Supervisor

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN House Supervisor for a travel nursing job in Castro Valley, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: House Supervisor Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/15/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Shift: 4/12s variable Day/Night shift. Will most likely be 2 day shifts and 12 night shift. Will not work 4 days in a row and will have a day off if rotating to night shift. DEPENDING ON WHAT THE OPERATIONAL CALL and WEEKEND COVERAGE IS REQUIRED 5 Years experience required Hospital house supervisor overseeing bed control, operational needs, making sure staffing is correct and responding to codes/RRT. Represents administration, directs facility operations, and supervises personnel in all departments when leadership/management staff is not present in the facility. Serves as administrative liaison to all hospital departments, agencies, and physicians and provides functional guidance to all units. Serves as a resources for decision-making concerning patient care services, non-clinical services, staffing and ensures that hospital policies and procedures are properly interpreted and applied.
