Job Description Prime Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Billings, Montana. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/01/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (LDRP) Location: Billings (MT) Job Details - Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night shift, 3x12 hours (07:00 PM – 07:30 AM) Start Date: 06/01/2026 Patient Population: Infants & Adults Unit: 20-bed LDRP unit Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Call Requirement: 3–4 call shifts per 8-week block Floating: Required (Pediatrics, NICU, and as needed) Responsibilities - Provide full-spectrum care in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) setting Manage laboring patients, deliveries, and postpartum care including couplets Assist with vaginal deliveries and high-risk pregnancies Perform fetal monitoring and interpret fetal heart rate patterns Administer medications and manage labor interventions Provide newborn care and assessments Support breastfeeding and postpartum education Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical protocols Requirements - Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience Must have LDRP experience (Labor, Delivery, and Postpartum care) Experience handling couplets required Travel experience required (first-time travelers not accepted) BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate certifications required About Prime Staffing At Prime Staffing, we understand the importance of finding the perfect fit for both our clients and candidates.
