Registered Nurse (RN) | Nurse Manager Location: Charlotte, NC Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 1 Years Start Date: 5/18/2026 About the Position Perm/CVOR Nurse Manager Location : 10628 Park Rd, Charlotte, NC 28210, United States Full-Time | Day Shift About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated CVOR Nurse Manager to oversee the clinical and operational performance of the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR). This leadership role is critical in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care while driving team engagement, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations of the CVOR unit, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal patient outcomes Maintain compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of ~26 clinical staff members Oversee hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff education and performance management Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration Manage departmental budget, staffing plans, and resource allocation Drive quality improvement initiatives and support patient safety goals Provide hands-on clinical support when needed Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs Strong critical thinking skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal) Compensation & Benefits Salary: $106,184 – $155,328 annually Relocation assistance available Annual incentive/bonus program Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement, etc.) Additional Details Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift Reports to: Director of Perioperative Services Start Date: ASAP (urgent need) Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – required Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or MBA (required or in progress) Previous Nurse Manager or leadership experience Strong experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required prior to clinical duties) Leadership certification required within 1 year of eligibility Preferred Qualifications Prior leadership experience in a surgical or CVOR setting Demonstrated success in team leadership and staff development Benefits Quick Offer Benefits
