Shift: Days, 12‑hour shifts Start Date: 02/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 per week Responsibilities Pre‑Operative Prepare operating room with sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies. Conduct pre‑op patient assessments. Educate patients and families on surgical procedures and expectations. Administer pre‑operative medications as required. Ensure all documentation and consents are verified. Intra‑Operative Assist surgeons by passing instruments and supplies efficiently. Monitor and document patient vital signs. Maintain strict sterile field and infection‑control practices. Communicate effectively with the surgical team to ensure smooth workflow. Post‑Operative Monitor patients during recovery from anesthesia. Provide immediate postoperative care and assessments. Educate patients/families on wound care, discharge instructions, and follow‑up.
