Registered Nurse (RN) | Psych Location: Newport Beach, CA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking an experienced Home Health RN with a strong background in psychiatry/behavioral health to provide patient-centered care across Orange and Los Angeles Counties. In this role, you will: Conduct start-of-care assessments, follow-ups, and discharges for home health patients with behavioral health needs. Provide psychological assessments and interventions , collaborating closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that promotes patient independence and wellness in the home setting. Travel within a 20–30 mile radius of your home base to see patients. Requirements Active RN license (required) Psychiatric/Behavioral Health experience (required) Home Health experience (preferred, strongly considered) Proficiency in case management and care coordination Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Current CPR certification Benefits Mileage Reimbursement: Provided for patient visits Relocation: Not routinely offered (may be considered for the right candidate with full-time commitment and prior home health experience) Bonus: Full-time RNs may qualify for a retention bonus after six months of consistent productivity (paid out over the following year)
