Contract-to-Hire: $100/hr bill rate (8 weeks) 12% conversion fee at the end of 8 weeks. Uniti retains 5% of the conversion fee Reg - $100 OT - +$10 Holiday - +$10 Shift: (5) 8 hour day shifts. Charting system used - Cerner Minimum holiday requirements - will be discussed during interview Minimum required Experience - 2 years. Role Overview - RN responsible for case management across acute care, swing bed, and outpatient services. Focus on discharge planning, utilization review, care coordination, and CMS compliance.
