Documentation is completed in Meditech, and floating may be required as needed. Required qualifications include an active OT license (no temporary licenses), BLS certification, and at least 2 years of hospital experience with in-patient rehab and/or hospital experience. Preferred candidates have 2-3 years of experience in rehab or acute hospital settings.
