ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Dublin, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements Specialty Occupational Therapist Discipline Therapy Start Date 06/01/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Occupational Therapist Job Description The Occupational Therapist plans, organizes, develops, administers, directs, and supervises occupational therapy treatment in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, regulations, and guidelines. This role emphasizes patient and employee safety, ensuring a focus on a safe work environment while delivering superior quality care. Responsibilities Assess patients’ levels of functioning and plan appropriate treatment based on assessment outcomes. Participate in interdisciplinary team processes and discharge planning. Complete necessary documentation in accordance with department policies. Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and therapy students. Demonstrate effective communication with patients and families, ensuring understanding and engagement. Instill confidence in team members, patients, and families through effective collaboration and support. Maintain flexibility in patient scheduling and contribute to team conferences. Document discharge plans and provide education on adaptive equipment to patients and families. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must hold a valid, current state license for Occupational Therapy. BLS certification required. Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in inpatient rehab or neuro settings. Schedule This is a day shift position with a 5x8.0 schedule.
