Details Home health setting serving the Salinas, CA territory Day shift, 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM), 5 days per week 1:1 patient ratio with up to 6 patient visits per day and a standard 30 productivity points Weekends may be required as needed EMR: Home Health MD No on-call requirement Requirements Active CA OT license required (license required if applicable) Minimum 1 year of home health experience required OASIS experience required Current BLS certification required Personal transportation is required, as travel to patient homes is expected First-time travelers will not be considered for this position Additional Information Conduct in-home occupational therapy visits across the Salinas territory, with occasional travel up to 50+ miles Scheduling system groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time Timely communication and documentation are expected Documentation tools will be provided by the facility and must be returned at the end of the assignment Mileage reimbursement is provided at the IRS standard rate Business casual attire or scrubs are both acceptable Local candidates are welcome to apply 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration American Traveler Job ID #P-704815.
