Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Utica, New York. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living and functional skills while exploring a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active New York State OT license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment preferred. Demonstrated competency with ADL/IADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and documentation in an electronic medical record preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and participate in discharge planning. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days.
