Occupational Therapist Location: Columbus, OH Agency: Pride Health Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pride Health is hiring a Occupational Therapist - Homecare to support our client’s home health services in Columbus, OH 43235. Job Details: Schedule: M-F, 8-4:30 Location Coverage Areas: Franklin County, parts of Madison and Delaware Counties Job Type: Contract Contract Length: 3 months (possible extension or conversion) Pay Range: $50/HR- $53/HR *Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education. Duties: Provide Occupational Therapy services to patients in their homes, to include the assessment and development of a POC, ongoing evaluation and oversight of OTA. Requirements: Experience as home health Occupational Therapists is required. Home Health experience required. HCHB is preferred. Strong experience with OASIS documentation. Additional Requirements: Ability to travel daily to patient homes within assigned territory (50 miles radius). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Comfortable working in home-based care environments.
