Occupational Therapist Location: Hayward, CA Agency: Bluebix Health Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Position Summary The Occupational Therapist (OT) evaluates, plans, and implements individualized treatment programs for patients with physical, emotional, developmental, or cognitive impairments. The goal is to help patients regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily living and work-related activities. Key Responsibilities Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional conditions through standardized evaluations Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, coordination, and daily living skills Train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercise programs Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and rehabilitation practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Benefits Competitive salary Flexible work schedules / work-life balance Referral bonus programs Career growth and advancement opportunities Sign-on bonus (for qualified candidates) Supportive and collaborative work environment
