We provide comprehensive career support and valuable benefits, including: Competitive Pay - $40.82 - $51.03 per hour Sign-On Bonus Options: $5,000 with a 1-year commitment $10,000 with a 2-year commitment Licence & Certification Reimbursement Referral Bonus Programme Comprehensive Health Insurance - Medical, dental, vision Weekly Pay - Reliable and timely Education & Credentialing Support - CEUs, renewals, and career development Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualised treatment plans Support patients to improve function, mobility, independence, and daily living skills Provide evidence-based interventions across acute and rehabilitative settings Accurately document treatment plans, progress, and outcomes Educate patients and families on therapy goals, safety, and home programmes Collaborate effectively with physicians, physiotherapists, speech therapists, nurses, and other care team members Demonstrate professional competency and strong clinical reasoning in all interactions Schedule Details Day Shift: 10-hour days Full Time: 40 hours per week Permanent placement Qualifications Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy educational programme Active or eligible Arizona Occupational Therapist Licence BLS Certification (AHA) Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy preferred OTR Certification (Occupational Therapist Registered) preferred Minimum one year of previous hospital experience preferred Proficient in patient-care software and electronic documentation systems Willingness to relocate to Yuma, AZ if not local Strong communication, patient-care, and clinical decision-making skills Why Work in Yuma, AZ?
